"The stay was good except for the first night. During the late evening, around 11:30 p.m., someone tried to open our door by turning the lock. They came back a few minutes later and tried again loudly. It was probably a mistaken room attempt, but when we went to the desk to report it, the person at the desk seemed surprised and unconcerned as she took a personal call while we were speaking to her. She paused and told us that she had not transferred any calls to our room (someone had also called our room right after the first time the door was tried, but they didn't speak). We went back to our room, and passed two separate drunken visitors walking the halls, one sitting on the floor with a cell phone in the front lobby. We just expected a little more concern, even if it may have been a mistaken room visit. it should have been treated seriously, instead of letting us handle it by placing furniture in front of the door and not sleeping well. Other than that incident, the rest of the stay went well. The manager that met us on Friday was very friendly and accomodating."
